How to think about this product

When selecting diagnostic accessories, procurement staff should note that this specific SKU is specialized for legacy mobile hardware (iPhone 4/4S), making it a niche replacement part rather than a universal adapter. Compared to standard ophthalmoscopes, the Hillrom PanOptic system offers a significantly wider field of view and higher magnification, which is particularly advantageous for examinations of undilated pupils. Buyers should ensure their facility retains the compatible phone models or uses this as a replacement for existing digital imaging workflows using the PanOptic's unique converged light path technology.
