Flat-rate ground shipping on every order, free on orders of $250 or more, with tracking on every shipment.

• Standard ground: flat $9.99 per order anywhere in the continental United States
• Free ground shipping on orders totaling $250 or more before tax

Delivery times

Standard ground orders arrive in 3–11 business days from the date of purchase. That is 0–5 business days of handling (Mon–Fri) plus 3–6 business days in transit (Mon–Fri) to all US destinations. Our order cutoff is 3:00 PM CST; orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends begin handling the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Expedited and overnight service is available on request for time-sensitive clinical needs — contact us before placing your order for a quote.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (additional transit time and surcharges may apply). For Canadian and international inquiries, contact our wholesale team.

Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For oversized or freight orders, we partner with regional LTL carriers and will coordinate delivery scheduling directly.

Cold-chain and hazardous items

Temperature-sensitive products ship with insulated packaging and gel packs for next-day delivery. Hazardous materials (e.g., certain disinfectants) ship via DOT-compliant ground only.
